This scientific foundation aims to provide the Iraqi
public and private sectors with qualified graduates
in the fields of Management , Computer , Economics ,
Banking and Finance .
Eversince it was established by (the M.H.E.R
letter no. M2/1906 on 26-8-1995) ,
It urged the
different Iraqi sectors to join its annual forums
where reaserches are discussed and displayed in hope
to enhance the economic situation in Iraq.
